Equality & Diversity course
Our Equality & Diversity course is intended to acquaint employees with the benefits of working in a diverse environment, help them recognise discrimination and other barriers, and inform them of how to comply with the UK Equality Act 2010.
The course covers the nine protected characteristics under the Act – such as age, gender and disabilities - the characteristics that define who you are. It also covers how this should be applied in the workplace, as well as exemptions, exceptions, liability and responsibility.
