Phil started out his sales career primarily focusing on business development in the financial sector all the way through to the NHS. Whilst working in this environment fed his ambition to focus on sales strategy and defining the product specifications for his clients.
Through his time working at top level of sales, Phil developed a keen eye and interest in learning the marketing and public relations. This has given him the ability to work on a range of projects, from simple to complex to deliver compelling propositions to his customers.
So why is Phil here we here you ask?
Short answer we have recruited a developed and well rounded team player to help showcase the benefits of E3 and gamification to a wider audience.
Phil will achieve this by developing his own sales pipeline, processes and building a sales team. He then aims to convert these sales into long term customer centric relationships building on our leading products and services.
