E3 Compliance was founded in 2016 by three distinct personalities, each bringing their unique skills and quirks to the table on a mission to change the perceptions and results from things at work that no one ever actually wants to do, namely mandatory compliance training. The idea was simply “there has to be a better way to do this stuff!“

First up, we have our analytics virtuoso, Steve. Equipped with a treasure trove of numbers and statistics, He’s our go-to guy for keeping things organised, on track, and running smoothly.

Next, we have the award-winning computer game designer. With a keen eye for detail, a passion for immersive experiences, and a knack for storytelling, Dave knows how to create games that keep people hooked for hours on end.

Last but certainly not least, we have the ‘computer geek’. With a love for all things tech, a deep understanding of programming languages, and a tendency to speak in binary code, Nic brings a level of expertise to our team that’s hard to match.

Together, these three have created something truly special. They’ve taken a gaming background and used it to revolutionise the world of legal compliance training and wrapped it up into an elegant cloud based service that’s competitively priced for all.
