Customer Success: Meet Roshtha

In June, we welcomed Roshtha Sadiq to the E3 Customer Success team.

Roshtha is taking a lead role in working with our customers, on hand to deal with requests and take feedback and ideas through to development. 

Most of our customers have probably met Roshtha by now either by email or video.  We had a quick chat with Rohstha about her first couple of months with us at E3.


Hi Roshtha, so what were you up to before joining E3?


Before E3, I was working for a property company.  I spent a lot of time working with a community group alongside the local council to support vulnerable people throughout the COVID19 pandemic, ensuring that people had access to food packs and medication.  I was also the lead home-school teacher in my house during this time as well!


What is the biggest challenge you faced recently?


Having worked part time for almost 9 years (due to kids) and now working full time, it's been quite challenging trying to juggle the kids and work, but it’s been good fun.  Adapting to the WFH environment and learning new system's is always a challenge but I have to say I am enjoying it and it’s definitely making me more organised.


What do you get up to in your spare time?


Well, I spend most of my spare time with my children.  I still work closely with my community group in Slough, to carry out community/charity projects. Other than that, I like walking & reading.


Brilliant, and where do you like walking and what’s one of your favourite books?


I like taking long forest walks or by the river. Growing up in Wales, we were blessed to have such scenic places near us and one of my favourite books has to be 'The Kite Runner.'


Lastly, we will end on - do you have a favourite quote?


Yes, well I actually have two:  "If my mind can conceive it and my heart can believe it, then I can achieve it" and "Don't count the days, make the days count!"  Both by Muhammad Ali - The greatest boxer!
