The International Compliance Association partners with E3

The International Compliance Association (ICA), the leading professional body for the global regulatory and financial crime compliance community, has partnered with award-winning E3 Compliance Training to offer a suite of unique and captivating eLearning.

The courses, covering a wide range of mandatory topics including AML, SM&CR, Anti Bribery & Corruption and Cyber Security, have a 90% completion rate through viral adoption. The ‘fun factor’ and healthy competition of high scores and leader boards is designed to aid knowledge retention, create value within an organisation and save time.

The gamifed learning is delivered via web browser or mobile apps allowing learners to access anytime and anywhere. The courses are also delivered in short modules meaning learners can take a break from training and pick up where they left off at a later time.

Ian Hancocks, Commercial Director at ICA said “This is a game-changing approach to eLearning – excuse the pun! Question-led, active learning combined with true gamification is a powerful combination, providing a knowledge heat map by question and by team. In essence, it’s enterprise knowledge risk management masquerading as mandatory eLearning – a more agile and adventurous approach to learning for organisations needing to train large numbers effectively”

Steve Brett, E3CT Founder added “We’re delighted to be working with ICA to help organisations mitigate risk and meet their regulatory compliance obligations. This unique learning keeps employee engagement high and reduces risk, having a positive and measurable  impact within firms. We are changing the nature of the conversation of mandatory e-learning inside organisations. After all where else would you find players taking a compliance training course more than once because they want to play again?”
